Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We aim to reflect our current stock levels on our website so we should be able to despatch your delivery within a few days of receiving your order. If it turns out that we don’t have that item in stock, we’ll contact you by e-mail or ‘phone with a revised despatch date and give you the chance to cancel or change you order at this stage.
At present we can only deliver within the UK. We will send out your order by First Class Royal Mail:
for orders up to £5.00, delivery is £1.50;
for orders between £5.00 and £35.00, delivery will cost £2.50;
for orders over £35.00: free delivery.
Returns
We hope you’ll be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return an item to us within 7 days, providing that it is complete and undamaged and in the original packaging, so that we can resell it. We will then refund you the cost of the item and the original postage charge for that item.
In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us. We will investigate the problem and, if appropriate, arrange to send out replacement goods or a refund. If the goods are faulty, we will refund the cost of return postage.
It is a good idea to return goods with proof of posting.
